What can I expect during class?
To be part of a community dedicated to helping mamas be the healthiest version of themselves through movement, connection and encouragement. This isn’t another walk-and-talk stroller date. We are committed to providing you with a challenging and motivating workout. All fitness levels are welcome – come as you are and let our fantastic instructors handle the rest! Each class will provide a full body workout and simultaneously provide opportunities to engage with your little one. Our stroller-based classes are designed to appeal to both you and your sweet babies.
What do I need to bring to class?
Water, towel/yoga mat/blanket, baby essentials (snacks, toys, whatever keeps your little one happy), weather-appropriate workout attire, and any kind of stroller. We'll provide the rest!
Do I need a jogging stroller for the workout?
Jogging strollers are not required however they tend to be a sturdier option. As long as the stroller you use is sturdy and safely straps in your little one for the duration of class, it will work perfectly.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Mama, we get things comes up but we also feel it's important to offer accountability. We kindly ask that if you need to opt out of class, you do so by midnight the night before. Late cancels will result in one lost class from your class package.
I want to come to class but my child doesn’t like being in the stroller for a long period of time. How will I get my workout in?
Being a mama to your baby is top priority. No worries if your child becomes fussy or upset during the workout. Our classes are designed to keep the kids occupied (and hopefully entertained) by incorporating songs, movements, etc. to keep them engaged. All of that said, if you need to change, nurse, or just hold your babe, please be completely comfortable doing so. We are all mamas and we understand! Some classes will be better than others for your little ones and we get it. The more classes you attend, the more likely your child will become more comfortable and perhaps even look forward to this time together too!
What if I need to nurse, change, console my baby during class?
Go for it mama! You’re in good company and we all understand. Feel free to step aside for a few moments whenever needed. Then hop back into the class once you’re done.
I just had a baby! When can I start coming to class?
You can begin attending class when your physician clears you for exercise. This is typically after your 6- or 8-week postpartum appointment. Welcome to the club mama!! As a general guideline, babies and kids can join as long as they can safely be buckled in a stroller. Please follow your own stroller manufacturer’s guidelines.
Can my older children come along to class as well?
Safety is our #1 priority so we do not allow kids to be out of the stroller for an extended period of time during class. However, we understand there are times your older children may need to come along. We allow children over the age of 5 to bring a small folding chair or blanket to sit on nearby throughout class. If your child or children need mama’s attention or are upset, we understand. We kindly ask that you step out of class to do what mama’s do best. We want to make sure everyone has a positive experience and great workout too!
Can I bring my pet to the park workouts?
While we love pets, they are not permitted at our classes for the safety and comfort of all class attendees.

When are classes?
Please visit the Book Classes tab above to confirm schedule. Each class will be 45 minutes long. As fellow mamas, we understand the importance of a schedule so plan on starting and ending each class on time.
Where are classes located?
Please see the Book Classes tab for more information on the exact location. We suggest following along with us on Instagram for the latest on class location as well. We will utilize social media to announce class location changes due to change in season and inclement weather.
