Hey mama! Have you been looking for a way to squeeze your workout in each week? Having trouble finding a sitter or feeling guilty (gulp) for taking time away from your little one to focus on yourself? Or are you just looking for a great workout tied in with an even more powerful community? FIT MAMAS is here for you!
Our classes combine cardio and resistance training to provide a full-body workout in 45 minutes. You’ll use your stroller, interact with your sweet babe(s), and break a sweat alongside fellow mamas. Our workouts are great but FIT MAMAS is so much more than a workout!
We know time is precious and the way you spend your time with your little one is even more precious. The concept of being intentional is so powerful. FIT MAMAS will encourage you to be intentional with your time, with how you interact with and set a positive example for your littles, with how you connect with other mamas, and - most importantly - with the concept of self-love and self-care.
We are firm believers in finding your people, loving them hard, and creating lasting relationships. Our community of mamas are here to support you in this season of life. Your instructor and fellow mamas will encourage and support you to be the best version of yourself.
